An innovative Czech company called Elite Dental struggled to get access to finance through commercial banks. They sought and found a loan backed by the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI). Pavel Telička, Member of the European Parliament for the Czech Republic explains that EFSI is a real opportunity for companies as it incentivises them to get financing for their innovative and often riskier projects.
