    Objectives

    The project consists of a dedicated loan to finance eligible investments promoted by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-caps, for at least 70% of the facility amount, operating in the manufacturing, tourism, services and agriculture sectors mainly in Croatia, although eligible investments by SMEs in other EU countries are not excluded. Up to 30% of the loan amount could be dedicated to eligible projects promoted by public sector entities within the infrastructure, innovation and climate action objectives, and by other private sector entities.

    The loan will include dedicated lending under the "Jobs for Youth" programme that may provide more favourable economic conditions to eligible SMEs and mid-caps.
