    Description
    Objectives

    The project consists of a framework envelope under the Economic Resilience Initiative (ERI) Building Block 3b for Microfinance of up to EUR 70m (100% Donor funded) to provide medium term funding in the form of senior debt in local currency to micro, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) through selected intermediaries in the Southern Neighbourhood and the Western Balkans.

    The operation will enable financing small/medium projects carried out by micro and SMEs in the Southern Neighbourhood and Western Balkans.
