        Objectives

        Line of credit to finance loans to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria, through the intermediary Access Bank Plc.

        The line of credit is to support the availability of term finance to SMEs operating in the productive and service sectors in Nigeria.

        Procurement

        Access Bank will ensure that projects financed are implemented in conformity with the environmental laws of Nigeria.

        Access Bank will take all the requisite measures to ensure that the procurement of works, goods and services relating to the subprojects which the EIB finances is the most economically advantageous option, following appropriate procedures in the light of the circumstances and taking account of quality and efficiency.
