Loan for financing small and medium-sized projects carried out primarily by SMEs (at least 70%), as well as by local authorities and mid-cap enterprises up to 30% of the loan amount.
Objectives
At least 70% of the loan amount will be used for the financing of SMEs. Up to 30% of the total amount could be used in small investment projects in eligible sectors carried out by public sector authorities and/or mid-cap enterprises (up to 3,000 employees).
