Description
PME Croissance is a Moroccan generalist (all sectors) equity fund that will invest in Moroccan SMEs in the development phase and/or in succession transactions, i.e. buy outs motivated by lack of succession of the entrepreneurs.
Objectives
PME Croissance will address the lack of finance for SMEs, especially for development capital and succession transactions. In addition, it will develop the know-how of the Private Equity sector in the country.
