Description
Expansion and upgrade of Port of A Coruña. Relocation of bulk traffic from existing city centre location to new site at Punta Langosteira.
Objectives
The project will significantly reduce risks to the environment and increase safety for the city of A Coruña by moving maritime traffic away from the existing congested port. The expanded capacity will accommodate future growth in dry and liquid bulk traffic. EIB support of the project will depend on the outcome of the usual appraisal of the economic, environmental, financial and technical aspects.
