Objectives

Multiple beneficiary intermediated loan (MBIL) to BPCE to support the refurbishment and upgrade of public sports facilities, promoted by local public entities throughout France.

Financing of small- to medium-sized projects carried out by local authorities in relation to the refurbishment and upgrade of existing sports facilities throughout France.
