Description
Objectives

The project consists in a Programme Loan dedicated to supporting working capital and liquidity needs of SMEs and midcaps affected by the COVID-19 epidemic. The operation is part of the economic response to the COVID-19 outbreak coordinated with the European Commission.

The Pan-European Programme Loan aims at mobilsing financial resources to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on European SMEs and midcaps. Sub-operations will be loans for SMEs and Midcaps to eligibile financial intermediaries, National and Regional Promotional Banks. Each sub-operation could be accompanied by other measures provided by authorities.
