Multiple Beneficiary Intermediated Loan to the public regional promotional bank Saechsische Aufbaubank (SAB) in support of its promotional lending to finance smaller scale projects carried out by municipalities and other public sector entities - including their subsidiaries - in order to support sustainable growth in the Free State of Saxony which is largely an EIB Cohesion Priority Region.
