Objectives

Dedicated EIB loan to finance eligible investments via finance leasing contracts, promoted by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and MidCaps in Romania, under the EU Programme Loan for SMEs and MidCaps. The loan will be available for disbursements in EUR, as well as in RON.

Financing small and medium-sized eligible investments promoted by SMEs and MidCaps operating in Romania, aiming to contribute to the improvement of access to finance and competitiveness for these enterprises. Part of this facility will be denominated in Romanian lei (RON), materializing the EIB's efforts to support long-term RON-denominated funding in Romania.
