Objectives

Oasis Capital Ghana is a growth capital fund manager focusing on investments in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ghana and Ivory Coast. The fund has a target size of USD 50m to be invested approximately 60% in Ghana and 40% in Ivory Coast, mainly in the following sectors: education, health, financial services, food services, and housing and hospitality.

The fund's investments in fast-growing SMEs are expected to generate strong job creation, especially for the youth and women, as well as attractive financial returns.

The fund's operational guidelines provide for environmental and social due diligence of investee companies according to guidelines acceptable to the Bank.
