Line of credit to be offered to a group of Mozambican banks, selected after due-diligence. The line of credit will provide medium to long-term funding to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) through selected financial intermediaries. It will be complemented with a technical assistance component.
Financing of small/medium projects carried out by small and medium sized enterprises or local public entities engaged in the productive sector for the development of financially and technically viable projects in eligible sectors. Improving access to term finance at favourable conditions.

Complaints mechanism
Any complaint regarding alleged maladministration can be lodged via the EIB Complaints Mechanism. The European Ombudsman acts as an independent external accountability mechanism of the EIB.

The EIB has a zero tolerance policy on fraud or corruption. To report allegations of fraud and corruption relating to EIB-financed projects, please contact the Fraud and Investigation division. All complaints will be treated as strictly confidential and handled in line with the EIB investigation procedures and the Anti-Fraud Policy.
