Objectives

An equity participation in a generalist closed-end private equity fund focusing mainly on growth capital investments.

The Fund will seek to acquire equity stakes in middle-market businesses by providing these businesses with growth capital in addition to assistance in scaling up their activities at the regional level in order to build them into “regional champions”.
