Objectives

Line of credit to finance projects in the energy sector, i.e. Sustainable, Competitive & Secure Energy (at least 70%). The remainder to be allocated for Environmental Protection & Sustainable Development and Knowledge Economy.

Financing of investments of limited scale (mainly project finance) carried out by private sector investors and public sector authorities; main focus on projects in the area of renewable energies (wind, photovoltaics).
