Objectives

Loan to finance investments of limited scale, promoted mainly by small and medium-sized private companies in industry, services and energy. Up to 30% of the loan amount could be allocated to other promoters such as municipalities.

The loan would promote medium and long-term lending for capital investment contributing to strengthen the productivity and competitiveness of SMEs. Some of the projects may contribute to promote the knowledge economy, energy savings or renewable energies, as well as protection of the environment.
