        Objectives

        Loan to finance investments of limited scale, promoted mainly by small and medium-sized companies.

        The projects will be in a broad number of sectors, including investments in industry, service, energy or infrastructures in Portugal.

        Procurement

        All projects to be financed under this loan for SMEs will be required to comply with relevant national and EU policy and legislation.

        The Bank will require that projects financed under the loan for SMEs comply with the relevant EU Directives on procurement (where applicable).
