Objectives

Credit line to finance small and medium-sized projects promoted by SMEs in Turkey.

The credit line is targeted to the financing of eligible projects in industry and services sectors as well as in the environment, energy, health and education sectors, carried out by SMEs.

Environmental aspects
Procurement

All sub-projects financed under the credit line will be required to comply with the relevant national legal framework and with the EU Environmental policy, directives and legislation, as appropriate.

The legal documentation will oblige the intermediary to ensure that where public tendering is required by national or EU regulations, procurement procedures are done in accordance with EIB Guidelines.
