    Objectives

    Small and medium-scale projects consisting of fixed and movable productive assets in industry (including agriculture and agro-industry), commercial services, health and education, energy and environmental protection in Romania, promoted by Small and Medium-Sized enterprises and/or Public Sector Entities.

    The credit line would contribute to the development of term finance in Romania. The credit line would provide long term funding for eligible leasing projects promoted by SMEs and/or Public Sector Entities. It is intended to combine the credit line with grant schemes, subject to their availability.

    Within the framework of the credit line, the intermediaries will be requested that final beneficiaries ensure compliance of the sub-projects with EU directives and Romanian regulations, as appropriate.
