Objectives

Credit line to finance projects enhancing environmental protection in particular in the State of North-Rhine Westphalia.

The credit line aims at projects of limited scale in environmental protection and improvement. To a minor extent, energy, health and education projects may be financed.

Within the framework of the credit line, the Borrower will be requested to ensure compliance of the sub-projects with EU directives, as may be appropriate.

For the award of public contracts the EU tender directives are to be followed.
