Objectives

Dedicated global loan financing small-scale eligible investments in the fields of i2i, environment and health.

The proposed global loan intends to lower the funding cost for small-scale projects through the cooperation with HELABA, a well-established partner bank on a regional and national level. HELABA has identified a multitude of eligible investment projects of common interest, supporting i2i, environment and health. The operation would therefore promote EU objectives for such projects, which cannot otherwise be reached by EIB.
