Description
Objectives

Global loan to finance local authorities as well as public and private entities with respect to small and medium sized projects in the infrastructure sector, including environmental protection, energy, health and education as well as urban rehabilitation schemes.

To sustain small and medium-sized projects aimed at improving infrastructures in assisted areas, investments related to international transport links, education, health, and housing; urban renewal, environmental protection and a rational use of energy resources.
