Summary sheet
The project consists of the construction of the second section of the exclusive lane transport network in Rouen.
The project forms part of the Urban Transport Plan adopted by the competent local authorities and aims to enhance the attractiveness of public transport in urban areas, thus helping to improve the environment and quality of life.
In accordance with national legislation, the project has been subjected to an environmental impact assessment in connection with the Declaration of Public Interest. Once completed, it will help to reduce car traffic pollution while benefiting local tourism and facilitating travel.
Agglomération de Rouen is subject to EU procurement directives. All works contracts financed by the Bank will be awarded in accordance with the provisions of European Union law.
