Through the financial intermediary, this Global Loan aims at financing of investments of small/medium scale implemented by private and public sector promoters.

All eligible projects will have to comply with environmental conditions in line with European and national legislation.

Comments

Projects will comply with EU-Treaty Art. 267 (a) regional development in assisted areas, for infrastructure and/or for (c) environmental policies, energy, urban renewal, health and education.
