Objectives

The Project focuses on financing small and medium-scale investment schemes in the fields of transport, environmental protection, health and education, urban renewal and rehabilitation of municipal infrastructure and community facilities in Częstochowa and in particular schemes supported by the European Union Structural Funds.

To improve the urban infrastructure of the City of Częstochowa and thus the quality of life of its citizens and the functionality of the City as well as stimulate new investments.
