    Objectives

    The Project focuses on financing of small and medium-scale investment schemes in the fields of transport, environmental protection, health and education, urban renewal and rehabilitation of municipal infrastructure and community facilities, services, tourism in Warsaw.

    To improve the urban infrastructure of the City of Warsaw in order to increase the quality of life of its citizens and the functionality of the City as well as stimulate new investments.

    Procurement

    Schemes will be designed in accordance with relevant Polish and EU environmental regulations including Environmental Impact Assessments where appropriate. Particular attention will be paid to nature conservation aspects.

    The Borrower will be requested to ensure compliance of the sub-projects with EU directives.
