Objectives

Global loan for the financing of SMEs and small-scale projects carried out by public and private sector promoters contributing towards specific sectors (see below).

ILB is the development agency of the State of Brandenburg, an Objective 1 area. This operation aims at fostering small-scale investments contributing to regional convergence, the rational use of energy, environmental efficiency and, particularly, to increasing the supply of social housing for rental use.
