    Objectives

    The renovation and upgrading of Local Authority buildings, within the context of the overall urban regeneration strategies within the respective localities.

    To provide competitive funding for infrastructure investments forming part of Local Authorities' wider urban renewal initiatives meeting EIB eligibility requirements.

    The project's compliance with the applicable national and EU environmental legislation will be verified during appraisal. Overall environment impact is expected to be substantially positive.

    The promoter is required to respect national and European legislation applicable to public authorities procurement.
