The project consists of the construction a total number of 10 old age homes for senior citizens in the province of Vizcaya - Bizkaia.
The project will improve the life quality of senior citizens in the province of Vizcaya - Bizkaia.
Compliance with EU Directive 97/11 will be verified during the Bank’s appraisal, and the status of any environmental studies and public consultations will be reviewed.
Procurement procedures applied by the promoter are expected to be in compliance with EU Directives applicable to public authorities procurement and national legislation, but will be reviewed during appraisal.
