Description
Objectives

Bank of Scotland will use the loan to fund small and medium-sized PPP projects in the health and education sectors.

The projects will principally comprise modernisation or new development of primary and secondary schools, and improvement in primary and other healthcare facilities.

Environmental aspects
Procurement

Bank of Scotland will provide all the necessary information to enable EIB to review the projects’ environmental implications, including planning requirements and the eventual impact of the projects on the local environment.

The projects that are to be financed by Bank of Scotland with EIB funding will be procured in accordance with EU Directives where these apply.
