Objectives

The project will comprise those elements of the recently approved Andalucian Housing Programme that combine the improvement to the regional stock of social housing for rent at controlled prices, and/or renovation of existing buildings with objectives of urban regeneration in towns in Andalucia.

The project will contribute to improve urban quality of life and to redress the deficit of social housing in Andalucia.
