The project is a dedicated framework loan to support small and mid-sized projects of private and public/private promoters within the tourism development scheme of the Nassfeld region, a joint effort of the Austrian (Carinthia) and Italian (Friuli) side, both covered by CSF as objective 2 regions.
In this existing tourism area for winter and summer holidays, public infrastructure is well developed within this scheme, but the achieving economic benefits requires further investment in modernisation and expansion of hotel, transport and sports facilities operated by the private sector.
All eligible projects will have to respect the environmental conditions outlined in European and national legislation.
