Objectives

The proposed global loan is directed both to the financing of projects of limited scale in the fields of infrastructure, environmental protection and improvement, the rational use of energy, health, education and of projects of limited size carried out by SMEs and private and public sector promoters of any size and ownership.

Objective of the global loan is to finance local authorities and municipalities, small and medium sized companies and projects of limited scale carried out mainly by small and medium-sized companies in the fields of infrastructure, energy, health and education, environmental protection, improvement and R&D.
