The global loan will be used to finance eligible infrastructure investments of local authorities, public sector institutions and also semi-public and private companies under concession of local authorities. Most of the projects will be located in assisted areas objectives 1 and 2.
The project will contribute to regional development by improving infrastructures in assisted areas and thus helping correcting regional disparities.
