The financing, throughout Portugal, and possibly other EU Member States, of projects of limited size promoted mainly by small and medium sized companies and local authorities:a) in industry, commerce, tourism and related services b) that contribute towards protection of the environment, rational use of energy and the improvement of infrastructures including urban rehabilitation, health and education projects.
