Objectives

Construction of canal-side warehousing facilities and rehabilitation/expansion of multi-modal logistic centre.

To modernise the existing Transport International Routier (TIR) warehousing distribution centre, develop the Brussels International Logistic Centre and re-develop the ex-Carcoke industrial site into a warehouse/logistic centre.

Environmental Impact Assessments will be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.

The promoter is required to respect national and European legislation applicable to public authorities procurement.
