    Description
    Objectives

Projects of limited size (investment costs between EUR 40.000 and EUR 25m) carried out by small and medium sized companies (SME).

DB offers a deep market penetration through a high number of regional offices and retail outlets. During the last years, the number of banks which cooperate with the EIB in the GL-business increased significantly in Germany, thus enhancing competition for the financing of eligible projects, resulting in better service for the final beneficiaries and lower financing costs.

    Environmental aspects
    Procurement

Only projects are supported which satisfy current national and EU-wide environmental law.

Procurement procedures applied by the promoter are in compliance with European Directives 93/36 and 93/37 on procurement integrated into the national legislation.
