The European Investment Bank, with the support of the European Securitisation Forum, organised a conference looking at the banking sector in Warsaw, Poland on 10 May 2007. The event was addressed at national and international financial services industries, regulators and practitioners and aimed to provide an update on the regulatory and practical issues surrounding THE SECURITISATION MARKET IN POLAND.
The conference brought together a select group of experienced professionals from the financial arena, as well as representatives from the EIB and the national authorities . The high-level speakers addressed market constraints, the legal frameworks, key implementation issues for securitisation transactions and outline proven solutions in practical case studies.
