    Description
    Objectives

    Regional credit facility for financial institutions to on-lend to private sector companies including small and medium-sized enterprises in West Africa (excluding Nigeria) and occasionally in central Africa aiming to contribute to the private sector development in the region.

    Financing of small/medium sized projects carried out by private sector enterprises. A small part of the facility may be used to support the development of the intermediaries to facilitate their on-lending activities to the private sector.
