        Description
        Objectives

        The proposed operation consists of an equity participation in Abraaj North Africa Fund II, a generalist private equity fund targeting expansion capital investments in private companies located in North African countries (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Egypt).

        The Fund will seek to take minority or majority stakes in mid-market SMEs with proven business models and the ability to grow into regional leaders.
