Objectives

Credit line for financing SME projects, infrastructure projects promoted by local authorities and any size industrial investments in fields of the knowledge economy, energy, environmental protection, health and education.

Make available access to long-term funds at affordable interest rates to sectors of economy with least availability of financing – small and medium size enterprise and local authorities.

The financial intermediaries will be requested to ensure compliance of projects with EU directives.

The final intermediaries will be requested to ensure compliance of projects with relevant national and EU environmental laws, as appropriate.
