Objectives

Credit line for SME projects, infrastructure projects promoted by local authorities, and industrial investments of any size in the fields of the knowledge economy, energy and environmental protection.

Make available access to long-term funds at affordable interest rates to sectors of economy with least availability of financing – small and medium enterprise and local authorities.

The financial intermediaries will be requested to ensure compliance of sub-projects with EU directives.

The final intermediaries will be requested to ensure compliance of sub-projects with relevant national and EU environmental laws, as appropriate.
