Objectives

Global loan operation with a particular focus on public and private promoters investing in small and medium sized ventures mainly in assisted areas as well as SMEs.

Global loan for the financing of small and medium sized projects in the fields of health, education, environmental protection, media, rational use of energy and improvements of infrastructure and social housing.

Procurement

Compliance with EU environmental directives and national laws shall be ensured.

For the award of public contracts the EU tender directives are to be followed.

Comments

Environmental Protection, Infrastructure of common interest, health, education and SMEs. Special emphasisis on projects located in Objective 1 and 2 areas.
