Complaint
On 2 January 2014, the EIB Complaints Mechanism (EIB-CM) received a complaint alleging the lack of response to the complainant's loan application from the EIB financial intermediary in Spain.

Conclusion
On 18 January 2014, the complainant informed the EIB-CM that he had received a reply from the financial intermediary. As a result, the EIB-CM closed the case.
