Objectives

Programme facility for funding of equity and loan funds set up in several UK regions to support SMEs (including micro-enterprises) and Mid-caps.

EIB's participation in the proposed funding vehicles will enable SMEs to access long-term funding, including mezzanine and equity, not readily available through commercial banks.
