Description
Objectives

Global loan for the financing of small and medium-sized projects being undertaken by Finnish municipalities or municipality-owned companies in all eligible sectors for EIB funding under its global loan facilities.

The global loan facility will contribute to supporting regional development in Finland and also to environmental protection, human capital creation and/or SME development.
