Objectives

The project consists of the modernisation of air traffic control systems (ATC) and infrastructure in Spain.

Modernisation of air traffic control systems and infrastructure in Spain in line with the technical requirements of Eurocontrol to harmonise ATC in Europe.

Environmental aspects
Procurement

The promoter is required to respect the regulations imposed by European directives. In accordance with its normal procedure, the Bank will ensure that appropriate measures have been taken as regards environmental protection.

Procurement procedures applied by the promoter are in compliance with Council Directives applicable to public authorities’ procurement, and national legislation. According to information provided by the promoter, all tenders were published in the EU Official Journal.
