The importance of EU and EIB leadership and partnership with others in helping to attract the private investment for climate action, particularly in the developing world, was the focus of a high level event at the COP 21. Also taking part were the African Development Bank and the New green climate fund to assess what's new on the financing landscape and what's still needed to reach the targets being set.
