“The scale of investment which is required to make the world ready both for dealing with the consequences of climate change and to mitigate its effects is immense,” explained Jonathan Taylor, EIB Vice-President responsible for climate action and energy, speaking at the Marrakech Climate Conference COP22. “We need to continue to encourage private financing in taking that forward."
