Description

This report sets out the procedures for conducting investigations within the EIB Group. It covers the process for handling allegations of fraud and misconduct, from the initial receipt and assessment of a complaint to any eventual investigation and reporting of findings. Designed to ensure fair, thorough, and independent investigations, these procedures support the integrity of EIB Group activities and reinforce accountability across all operations.
